
Alixe is a freelance stage director, opera singer and writer, based between, Leipzig, Geneva and France.
She has worked as an associate, revival and assistant director in several opera houses around the world, such as Opéra national de Lorraine-nancy, Théâtre de la Croix Rousse (France), GTG-opéra de genève, Opéra de Lausanne, NOF-Neue oper Freiburg, Konzert und Theater St. Gallen, théâtre du galpon (Switzerland), irish national opera (Ireland), theater Magdeburg (germany) and korean national opera (korea). A frequent collaborator of Julien Chavaz, she also worked with Anthony Almeida, Jean Lacornerie and Pinar Karabulut, among others.
For her own projects, she experiments with pluridisciplinary forms. In 2022, she wrote and created the sound installation “Lucy.” with Ellinor Blixt, exhibited at Stockholm University of the Arts, and in 2018, she presented the performance “J’expérimente avec de la matière humaine mais je ne la mange pas” at the Palais Bondy, Lyon. Since 2023, she is part of the performing arts collective operationderkuenste, with whom she staged Ethel Smyth’s Der Wald in 2023, and developed the concept for Ordo fluctus – ein choroper in 2026, both at the td berlin.
Passionate about artistic research, she explores non-narrative structures, the process of the creation of meaning and the experience of misunderstanding in the context of performing arts.
She graduated from Stockholm University of the Arts with a Master in Opera Vocal Performance and from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 with a Master in Philosophy, specialised in Aesthetics and Visual Cultures. she is currently continuing her artistic researches in the master of performing arts at stockholm university of the arts, developping the project “Musicality, montage and textures of meaning: unsettling hierarchies and narratives through operatic memories”. She also studied dramaturgy with Synne Behrndt in Stockholm.
As a performer, she has been involved in opera productions, theatre plays, performances and films. among other prizes, She notably won the fourth prize at the Concours International de Chant Lyrique de Namur in 2024. She recently sang the soprano solo part in Verdi’s Requiem in the temple du bas in Neuchatel.
